Hi there! We’re Lori, Steve and Jared. Thank you for taking the time to learn more about us. We realize that out of love you want what is best for your baby. Please feel certain that we will raise your baby with love and will help him or her reach their fullest potential in life. We are honored to be able to share a bit of our life with you and hope these words and photos will give you a sense of who we are and what we share as a family.

Steve & Lori

We have been married for 12 years and consider ourselves soul mates. Our marriage is filled with love and happiness. We attribute this happiness to our mutual respect for each other which allows us to grow together as a couple and as individuals. We both are caring, affectionate, and easy-going while sharing a lot of laughter. We are very energetic and share a love for the outdoors.

Some of our hobbies include traveling, skiing, and music, but the time that is most important to us is the time we spend together as a family.

Lori is a stay-at-home mom which gives her the opportunity to do what she enjoys best – spending time with Jared and cherishing every moment.

They enjoy playing board games, going to the library, and bike riding. In her free time, she likes photography and creates beautiful family scrapbooks with her pictures. Lori also enjoys gardening and looks forward to Spring each year to plant many different flowers. Nothing is more satisfying to Lori than being a mommy and she looks forward to the day when she can share her love with another baby.

Steve

Steve has a successful career working as a manager at a major wireless company. He enjoys his job and the flexibility it provides him to work from his home office.

Although Steve values his job, he considers being a daddy his number one priority. He loves spending time with Jared whether it’s playing baseball, shooting hoops or reading a bedtime story together. In his spare time, Steve enjoys playing golf with friends, going to sporting events, and working out.

He brings us so much happiness –more than we could have ever imagined.

Our son Jared became part of our life through adoption. Jared has always known about his adoption and the love that his birth parents have for him. He is an outgoing, smart and happy little boy. He loves reading, listening to music, riding his bike, playing with cars and playing just about every sport. Every day we feel blessed that he is a part of our lives. Expanding our family has always been a dream of ours. We know Jared is looking forward to being a big brother!

Home sweet home

Our home is spacious and offers a safe, bright and secure future for your baby. We have a large backyard perfect for playing and a hill that’s great for sleigh riding. Many neighborhood kids come over to play in our yard with all the great toys we have! Our home has four bedrooms and a finished walk-out basement with a giant playroom.

It is located in a quiet suburban community with excellent schools. We live close to the mountains where we love to go skiing, beaches for those hot summer days, and the city, where we enjoy the museums and parks – all which provide an ideal environment for raising children and have them experience all that life has to offer.

We both come from loving families that live close by. Lori has two sisters and Steve has two brothers and a sister. Jared has many cousins that he is close with and gets to see them often. We enjoy spending time with our families whether it’s a family vacation or just a stop by to say hello.

We have many close friends with children that we enjoy spending time with. On many Friday nights several families get together so the kids can play and have pizza. On occasion, Jared will have a sleepover at Grandma and Grandpa’s giving us a chance to go out with friends to dinner, the movies or to see a play. Everyone is excited and looking forward to welcoming another baby into our family.
