Hello
and thank you for taking the time to learn about us. We know that you are
on an important journey. Becoming parents has been our hope for more than 10 years.
We are committed to raising a child within a family that shares, dreams and loves,
and feel honored that you are considering us as future adoptive parents for your
baby. We hope that these pages provide a glimpse into our lives and show
the love we are eager to share. God Bless you.

WE ARE We met and married in France—it was love at first sight for both
of us. After more than 10 years of marriage, we are still each other’s best friends,
make a great team and complement one another’s strengths. Our marriage continues
to grow stronger every day because of our love and respect for each other and
our faith in God. We are enthusiastic about life and would be thrilled
to share our “joie de vivre” and happiness with a child, making our dream of a
family come true… |

| OUR
VALUES Respect is a key word. Honesty and love for each other… We value
open communications, sharing, tolerance and faith. We believe that God gives every
person a purpose in this life and ours is to cherish and love your baby from the
bottom of our hearts. |

A
connected Family Mike is the middle child with one brother and one sister
(and a total of six nieces and two nephews). They all live a few hours away in
upstate New York or Vermont which makes getting together easy. Family gatherings
are fun—always a meal in the center and always lots of laughs! The older
of two, Magda has one sister in Paris (and a niece or nephew on the way). While
Magda’s family lives further away in Europe, we visit often and are able to maintain
a close relationship with them. With families in two countries, speaking
French is a key to staying in touch. We plan to continue being a bilingual family. |

Magda
by Mike Energetic and passionate, Magda brings joy to everyone she meets.
Her vivacious spirit took me by surprise when we first met and continues to surprise
me today. Magda’s love of life is contagious; her generous nature and love for
me are blessings I am thankful for every day. |

Coaching
friends on the finer points of the game. | Born
in France of Hungarian roots, but now a US citizen, Magda maintains strong connections
to family and friends in France and the US. Magda built her own successful
business, makes her own schedule and enjoys the convenience of working at home.
A regular volunteer at a local school and hospital, she devotes much of her time
to others. I am lucky to have Magda by my side and know she will make a great
Mom. An avid swimmer and tennis player Magda loves all things related to
summer, the water and the outdoors; she also loves music, reading, travel and
time with family and friends. “people are
her passion” Connecting with children and sharing their dreams is one of
Magda’s many gifts. She is ready to coax a smile or fix a scraped knee, always
giving of herself. “Full of life”, “fun loving” and “the energizer bunny”
are all ways friends and family describe Magda. Her love of life, her energy,
her passion—and her compassion—are truly genuine. |

| Mike
by Magda. One of my greatest blessings is to have found such a wonderful
husband! Mike is caring, fun-loving, positive and always ready to go the extra
mile. I can always rely on him to find the good in every situation. Mike is not
only my loving husband but also my very best friend! He is interested in just
about everything. He played the trumpet in school and still enjoys music, collecting
sounds from countries he visits. Golf, tennis, boating, exploring and photography
are all hobbies. (While he has given up his acting from high school and college,
he can still be quite a character. ;) |

The
guys on a family golf outing. | Mike has a successful
career as a senior executive at a global, non-for profit corporation. His work
and adventurous spirit has taken him around the globe, but he is equally happy
at home, swapping stories with friends or sitting down with a good book. Mike
is the cook in the family and enjoys cooking as a creative outlet. Fortunately,
it tastes good too! Mike is great with kids, and has the patience to listen
and learn—traits he picked up from his parents, who are both retired teachers. |

OUR HOME - NEW YORK CITY ! Our two-bedroom apartment is centrally located
in Manhattan, in a luxury doorman building with river views and a great roof deck,
(perfect for fireworks on the 4th of July). Sunny and spacious there is room to
romp indoors and in nearby parks. Museums, and cultural attractions are a short
walk, subway or bus ride away. Mike’s 10 minute walk to work gives us lots of
family time for projects in the city, but we also enjoy taking the car to visit
with friends and family on the weekends. |

PARIS
OUR 2ND HOME Magda was born in Paris and Mike lived there for 10 years.
It was where we met and married 15 years ago. We stay close to everyone there,
visiting Paris twice a year, usually with a big gathering of friends and family,
and spending a few weeks each year in the south of France where Magda’s family
has an apartment.

Time
Spent With Friends Welcoming our friend’s newborn babies is such a joy.
We can’t wait for play dates! Spending quality time with friends and their families
is important to us. We stay close to friends in France and see our NY friends
often. They all can’t wait for us to start
a family. Neither can we! |
