We would like to thank you for the opportunity to tell you about our family. We can only imagine what a difficult decision this is for you. We know that you only want the best for your child and hope that we can provide the kind of life that you envision for him/her. We promise to give your child unconditional love, stability, laughter and security. Your child will be given all the tools and resources to build a life of which you would be proud. We would be honored to have you consider us as adoptive parents.

Our Family

We have known each other since high school, and have been married for nine years. We are each other’s best friend and cannot remember a time when we were not together.

Adopting our daughter Isabel was a wonderful experience. We feel very blessed to have her. We keep in touch with Isabel’s birthmother by letters and pictures. We would be honored to keep in touch with you through letters and pictures so that you can watch your child grow and develop.

Gina

Gina is a kind, compassionate person who enjoys people. She works as a registered nurse in a doctor’s office and is lucky to have a flexible schedule that allows her to spend time with our child(ren). She enjoys doing crafts, reading books, playing games, swimming and going for walks. Gina is a fabulous mom and has always loved being with children. She feels it’s important to encourage children to follow their dreams and pursue their interests.

Rob

Rob is a loving, even tempered and generous man. He works as a chemical engineer for a pharmaceutical company. He is fortunate to have a secure and flexible job that allows him to be an involved dad (he wouldn’t have it any other way). Rob has a great love of the outdoors and likes to spend time in the nearby mountains and lakes, fishing, hiking and camping. Rob also enjoys reading and feels it’s very important to read to children. One of his favorite books is Winnie the Pooh and loves to read it with Isabel. Rob and Isabel also love to take walks and look for bunny rabbits and squirrels in the nearby woods.

Isabel

Isabel is a fun, loving, happy child who is always smiling. She wakes up with a smile every morning. She loves music and loves to dance and sing to Mickey’s Clubhouse and Dora the Explorer. She also enjoys having books read to her and playing with her baby dolls. She is very affectionate and loves to give hugs and kisses. Her most favorite activity is to put on her “swimmies” and hop in the pool at grandma and grandpa’s house. Isabel is great at sharing and plays well with other children at the play group at our local library.

Loving Home

We have a loving family and spend holidays, birthdays and other special occasions together. Gina has one sister who lives nearby. We are close with her and she is Isabel’s godmother. Although Rob is an only child, he lived with four biological cousins from the age of 13. They are more like siblings than cousins and he remains close to them still today.

We are fortunate to have Gina’s parents living with us and being a significant part of our daily lives. They are kind, loving and caring people who love being surrounded by their children and grandchild. Rob’s parents live nearby and visit often. It is wonderful to have such a close extended family. Our parents are so excited for our family to grow and wholeheartedly support our plans to adopt again.

We live in a family neighborhood in upstate New York in a charming small town. We are near schools, parks and a YMCA, as well as a short drive from the mountains, lakes and several sporting venues. Our home is a four bedroom colonial that has plenty of room for a growing family. We have chosen a warm, sunny room for the baby. We have a large back yard with swings, a play area and a sand box. We live on a cul-de-sac and it is a safe, fun place for the children to ride their tricycles.

If You Decide...

…on adoption and feel that we are the parents to raise your child, we would be honored. We know that you only want the best for your child and promise to give him/her unconditional love, support, laughter and security. Your child will be given all the love and resources to build a life of which you would be proud.

Your child will always know how much you love him/her and that your decision took tremendous strength and courage. As we mentioned previously, we would be happy to share pictures with you as your child grows so that you will always know that he/she is safe, happy and loved. We would love to speak with you and meet you so we can get to know each other better.
